Training & Development !

In the past 2 years, i hardly attend my training courses organised by my company - cos my portfolio was quite buzy then.

This month, i would be going for 2 training sessions:

1) 7 habits of highly effective people (1-2 aug); and
2) Leadership breakthrough (14-17 aug)

In addtion, my Dept is having a off-site Retreat at the Orchid Country Club on 18-19 aug to reinforce team building.

HeeHee ~ Happy lor... cos i have not been upgrading myself for a long long time liao :p

I think its important to attend training courses once every few mths. Training enhance our competency level and increase our value - not just to the company that we are serving, but also to our personal life.

Training can correct our mindset, and expose us to things that we may not realised that we could do.... There is this saying ~ knowledge is the key to unlocking your potential... i find this very true :)

U all agree ma?

I shall be blogging abt the 3 items after i have gone through them.. In fact, i attended Day 1 of the 7 Habits today and had a fun time cos my classmates were very innovative lot!

Me and my colleagues were asked to do twinkle twinkle little stars today cos we returned to class late after the tea break.... .. too bad i didnt bring my hp/ camera....

But never mind..... Will try take some pictures tml to shw u all k!
