My boss has retired...
Yes... it has been 1 mth since my ex FC boss has retired.....
Early retirement....
Emailed him two weeks ago... He said now he only needs to think what to eat everyday- no need to think about all the deadlines anymore...
So envy... How i wish i dont have to work... but thats not possible lar.. i cant do without a job...i need income...
Mr Tay is really a very very nice boss.. You hardly see any FC like him - no air - humourous -hands on.
One thing i like about my current job is the people -good bosses and good gangs of colleagues.
If there is anything i am unhappy about - its the super high amount of adhoc work and the below-average pay.
Else its really not bad a place to stay long .... Haiz...

There were 8 resignations/retirement cases in 2007 ~ never so high before...
Hopefully there wont be any more turnover - else our work would really be heavily disruptted... cause low morale as well....
Hope the new year will bless all of us with smooth and rewarding jobs ~
